Dr. Trent Kaufman
Greg Bell is president and CEO of the Utah Hospital Association. He also serves as chair of the Board of Trustees of Utah Transit Authority, chair of GET HEALTHY UTAH, is a member of Dominion’s Utah Advisory Board, and is the immediate past chair of USTAR.
Bell served as Lt. Governor with Gov. Gary Herbert from 2009 to 2013 after his two terms in the Utah State Senate representing Davis County. Bell also served as mayor of Farmington and as chair of Envision Utah.
He is a regular columnist for Deseret News and, in 2017, Bell received an honorary doctorate in humanities from his alma mater, Weber State University. After graduating from Weber State, Bell studied law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He practiced law for 30 years.
Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Bell and his wife, JoLynn, now reside in Fruit Heights, Utah. They have six children and 25 grandchildren.
